**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is your opportunity to lead our people systems team as we continue our journey of global growth. Providing strategic partnership to our functional leaders, you’ll manage a remit of People Systems (HRIS and Payroll) ensuring our team are supported to perform at their best. As our key People Systems expert, you’ll deliver system functionality and execute enhancements that drive business objectives. This role will give you global scope in a business that will challenge you to think big and create positive change.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You understand the strategic value of People Systems in achieving business objectives and passionate about delivering a world class experience
- Strong business partnership with the ability to bring teams together and align on goals
- Proven experience in Vendor Management
- Team Leadership and development - we love providing our team with career growth
- Previous experience in Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, or ADP will be highly regarded.
