**About the Company**

We are a leader in IT Asset Disposition providing high security data sanitisation services as well as installation, decommissioning, and the remarketing of ICT equipment. Our clients include Australia's largest Government, education, and corporate organisations.

**About the role**

This is a Full Time position reporting to the Finance Manager. The Accounts Administrator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of finance processes and systems that support the day to day work at ACT Group and provide high quality administrative support to relevant stakeholders within the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Completion of weekly payroll cycle, including adherence with modern award conditions for various companies within the Group
- Monthly commissions for Sales Teams.
- Admin tasks for new starters, leave entitlements, superannuation, workers compensation and PAYGW.
- Management and oversight of supplier master files including verification of ABN, GST tax codes
- Preparation of weekly payment run ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Daily reconciling of bank feeds and credit card transactions
- Daily invoicing for Sales team
- Daily updating of stock system with despatch data
- Provide customer service and support on all Accounts Payable and Receivable enquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
- Minimum Cert IV/Diploma specializing in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
