**Key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering high-quality social and market research which can be utilised in our client’s product and service development processes.
- Defining and conducting living lab research (exploratory, generative, and evaluative) including research planning, participant recruitment and management, ethics processes, data collection, analysis, and compiling compelling, high-quality reports and presentations.
- Facilitating ideation sessions and workshops to inspire innovation or existing product initiatives.
- Conducting research using human-centred design (HCD) processes.
- Translate social and market research into actionable and relevant insights and opportunities for clients’ projects.
- Completing client reports and discussion papers.

This role requires a Graduate degree in relevant disciplines such as ageing, social, health or behavioural science, anthropology, psychology, social psychology, and human-computer interaction (HCI). Post-graduate degree in a relevant field and or a second language is desirable. This role could involve international/national/local in-field work.

We are seeking to appoint team players who can demonstrate their depth and breadth of experience in alignment with the desired experience outlined below.
- Experience within a commercial consultancy environment.
- Experience in client relationship/stakeholder management.
- Project management skills.
- High level of knowledge and experience in social and market research, especially consumer behaviour in a consultancy environment.
- High level of knowledge and experience in HCD methodology.
- Experience working with various stakeholders to understand their goals, create personas and scenarios to inform product/service prototype development.
- Experience working in, or with, different sectors (private, public and/or academic), across a range of product and service development (from physical products and digital solutions to services).
- Experience in designing presentations and facilitating workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders.
