**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Manage a team of facilities staff and external contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and manage resolutions effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be an Australian Citizen.**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and maintenance management software.
