**Salon Team Leader**

**Brazilian Butterfly** is seeking an experienced and passionate **Salon Team Leader** to lead our vibrant salon **located in Fremantle WA.**

**Hours**:Full time - **NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED**

**About the Role**

As an integral part of our team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Mentor, develop and lead a salon team empowered to exceed.
- Lead salon environment to reflect our service expectations and brand values.
- Inspire team to achieve sales results and reach salon KPIs.
- Conduct regular & timely meetings with therapists.
- Identify opportunities for growth and report to upper management.
- Influence, lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of salons.

**About You**
- Have a minimum of 5 years in the beauty industry with salon management experience.
- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Demonstrate an Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Great multitasking & organisational skills in high-volume & fast-paced environments
- Prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Able to manage budgets and generate efficient rosters.
- Demonstrate effective management of the performance, training & development of team.
- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation
