An exciting opportunity for an individual to lead and manage the participant experience alongside program management teams who lead the delivery of the professional learning

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all elements of the scheduling of programs to ensure coherent course delivery across all programs over multiple years
- Meeting the needs of our clients and delivering our participation-related key performance indicators
- The role focuses on consistency in participant experience and scheduling across all professional learning offerings

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Experience and knowledge in program management with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and responsive to the changes and needs of the Academy's participants
- Experience in providing high quality customer service, including a client-focused attitude that supports coherent course schedules and support for individual learner journeys
- Proficiency in technology systems for coordinated work across teams and sites to create a single view of our clients
- Flexibility and skills in building seamless relationships with program management teams
- Defines and implements business processes and ways of working for consistent business functions across teams, including online and across sites
