As Transurban delivers on its digital-first, customer-obsessed strategy, the Communications Delivery and Design Stream will be critical in helping to reimagine our customer experiences and uplifting our business processes to create better outcomes. As the Communications Delivery Coordinator you’ll support the delivery of Transurban’s outbound communications through eDM, SMS, print and other channels. You’ll oversee the processing and delivery of critical communications, and help to deliver process uplift and enhancements
- This is a permanent ongoing opportunity. This role can be done as full-time or part-time as a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight within a Hybrid working environment._

The impact you’ll have:

- Process mapping, monitoring, reporting and issue resolution for our customer communications processing.
- Project support including documenting team deliverables and timelines, and working with key stakeholders and team members to ensure work is delivered as required.
- Work with our third-party mailhouse and internal stakeholders to manage the build, testing, delivery, billing and reporting for initiatives.
- Assist with identifying and resolving minor incidents that relate to communications delivery and processing and escalate major incidents (as required) and support with any activities needed to resolve the incident.
- Financial administration including accruals, invoice reconciliation, stock management and reporting.
- Act as a stream representative on cross-functional project teams and squads.
- Support testing to ensure templates are populating correctly and data files and communications processes are working as expected.

The talents you’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating business process, management of third-party mailhouse and/or project delivery. Preferably within customer operations, communications/marketing or similar environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills paired with enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a variety of people.
- Strategic thinking, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
- A builder of relationships, you won’t be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through your ability to understand process and coordinate various moving parts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to consult, influence and negotiate.
