**Job Description**:
The Position

This role will report to the Area Manager - Village and will work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Village Operations Manager including external Contractors and Stakeholders to deliver a construction village to support the proposed expansion of the Kemerton Lithium Processing Plant.

The Project Coordinator provides organisation and administrative assistance to the project team. The role includes organising meetings, actively tracking and seeking resolution of project queries, collecting and analysing project data, preparing presentations and updates, distribution of project documentation, management of stakeholder communications, reviewing reports and advising the project team on matters requiring immediate attention and decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure appropriate focus on HSEC across all work fronts and packages
- Be accountable for the assigned project area
- Assist the Projects Quality & Completions Manager for all project activities and deliverables throughout all phases of the execution and commissioning of the project
- Coordinate resource requirements and project execution with other project activities to ensure all stakeholder expectations are aligned
- Coordinate reviews of technical documents and ensure they are approved at the appropriate levels and any input is incorporated
- Assist the project team with management of scope changes through the project change management system
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project documentation requirements
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project team and stakeholders
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, reports, minutes, etc, as directed by the Area Project Manager
- Execute a range of project management administrative tasks
- Alert the project team to issues as they arise & provide support when implementing risk management strategies
- Act as a point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
- Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist the Area Manager in replying to technical queries.

Work Experience / Technical Skill Requirements
- Project experience with commercial, industrial, mining or built form projects is desirable
- Sound knowledge of project sequencing and deliverables required during the planning, design and construction phases of a project
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Accomplished communication and effective interpersonal skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Effective negotiation and liaison skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and work across several projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
- Must be able to travel as needed to support project activities
- Must be able to operate within a dynamic and diverse environment and have a ‘hands on’ approach

Education / Qualification Requirements
- Certificate in Office/Business Administration or other related Management discipline is desirable
