We are seeking **talented Architect** to join our innovative Sydney team. Whether you’re an experienced graduate or a recently registered architect, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Review conceptual designs and re-measure signed-off projects to ensure design intent is upheld.
- Attend on-site meetings, collaborating closely with clients, installers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and standards are maintained.
- Partner with external subcontractors and suppliers to deliver the best results for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
- Research and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safe design principles relevant to outdoor spaces.
- Adhere to all quality assurance (QA) protocols and office standards in your work execution.

**Requirements**:

- A **Degree in Architecture** or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in **Chinese Mandarin** to effectively communicate with suppliers in China and assist with international procurement.
- Proven experience in working on projects across all phases, from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in design software, such as **Revit**, and familiarity with **3D scanning technology** used in the building industry.
- A strong understanding of Australian planning regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
- A **valid driving licence** to travel between sites and the office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure while meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
