Butcher

_We are looking for a full time Meet Processor/Butcher to join our team at Hamka and Faraj Meats Auburn._
- processing offal and tripe moving carcasses to chillers and freezers, loading meat products into trucks, packing boned and sliced meat into cartons, stunning and shackling poultry for killing and processing, severing jugular veins of poultry, and _
- removing viscera and residual material from poultry carcasses, separating organs and glands, such as sweetbreads, livers, hearts and spleens, from poultry carcasses, inspecting and grading poultry for size and quality, operating machines which slice, peel, _
- skin and cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas._
- A relevant qualification is preferred but not necessary. A minimum of 2 years work experience is essential and you must have work experience in making middle eastern pastries and sweets._
- We are offering $65K to $70K per annum plus superannuation_

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
