Kiama Academy of Early Learning is seeking highly motivated Assistants to complement our existing team of educators, who consistently strive for Excellence in Early Childhood Learning in a fun and continuous learning work environment. Kiama Academy of Early Learning is distinguished throughout the industry for its fantastic supportive culture, where staff are all encouraged to further their skills, develop and grow both as an Educator and as a person. We recently received a rating of Exceeding.

Successful applicants will complete a Certificate III in Children's whilst they gain hands on practical experience and mentoring by industry leaders. You will be a self-starter and have enthusiasm for the education and care of young children.

To be successful in the role you need:

- To be enthusiastic and willing to learn
- A passion for developing children
- A commitment to work and study at the same time
- Minimum 16 years of age

What you will do:

- Assist in delivering a challenging and supportive educational program to children aged 2 to 5 years.
- Create a friendly, stimulating and secure learning environment
- Develop positive and caring relationships with children

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
