We are looking for a PMO Analyst who will be responsible for providing high quality, timely business support to the Program Office, and broader Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program team in the areas of business and resource management, financial management, program and project level reporting and administrative support.

The SDPR Program is one of the largest and complex state-wide digital transformation programs across NSW. It will improve patient safety and the quality of healthcare through the collaboration of all NSW Hospitals, services and clinical settings to establish consistency for Clinicians and drive efficiencies through economies of scale.

**Essential Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in business administration, finance, accounting or similar and/or relevant extensive equivalent experience.
- Experience in a working across large scale programs of work including proven experience managing budget and financials and reporting at the program and project level.
- Advanced analysis experience of financial information and other program related information in order to provide accurate advice and reporting for business visibility and for decisions.
- Superior communications skills with demonstrated ability to present and provide reports on complex information.
- Proven experience in managing effective and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

Please note, pursuant to the Award which governs the employment conditions of this role, 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.

You may be asked to undertake further assessments as part of the recruitment process, which may include, but is not limited to, psychometric assessment, one-way video interview or capability assessment.
