Cleaning Subcontractor

Across Australia and New Zealand, Advanced National Service provide services within a wide range of sectors, and we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join us in the position of **Cleaning Sub-Contractor **located in Toowoomba

**The Position**:

- Cleaning of areas within the Toowoomba region.
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication
- Experience cleaning in day to day activities
- Experience in carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Experience with Strip & Seals + Carpet/ Upholstery Cleaning
- Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously

**Minimum Criteria**:

- **Must Live in Toowoomba**:

- ABN & public liability insurance + Blue Card
- Ability to provide Police Check
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Own Reliable Transport
- Experience in cleaning operations - commercial or industrial
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
