- Title: Serviceman
- Reports to: Workshop Manager
- Direct Reports: Nil
- **Purpose of the Role**:
Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant, equipment, and light vehicle fleet in the field.
- Responsible for refueling required fleet items.
- **Key Responsibilities/Outcomes**:
Perform preventative maintenance to quality standards in line with OEM specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct minor repairs as required and ensure compliance with lockout/tag-out systems and environmental procedures.
- Assist in maintaining required accreditations and comply with Integrated Management System policies.
- **Essential Knowledge & Experience**:
Background in Heavy Plant, Mechanical, and Electrical processes.
- Strong planning ability and experience managing multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and computer literacy skills.**Qualifications**:
Trade Certificate in Heavy Plant or RIISAM212D - Service mine plant and equipment (desirable).
- Current HR Driver's License.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
