**About the Position**

The Fundraising Manager is a new and critical role within the Marketing and Fundraising team, with responsibility for the management of the national peer-to-peer fundraising event, as well as developing individual giving programs (regular giving, appeals, and bequests).

This role will offer you the opportunity to partner with the incredible team at Donor Republic, to drive strategic growth and deepen the engagement of the supporter base, as well as increase fundraising revenue.

As a strategic, hands-on role you will manage the relationships with agency partners, monitor channel performance, and identify opportunities for tactical changes that will optimise ROI. This position will also line manage a Fundraising and Events Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver strategies and solutions to grow the value of digital fundraising campaigns, appeals and regular giving programs
- Set the strategy for a national campaign and deliver end-to-end campaign management which will include collaborating with interstate counterparts
- Develop annual campaign plans to achieve revenue growth and improve profitability
- Manage the execution of the full channel mix, monitoring channel performance and identifying opportunities for real-time tactical changes to optimize ROI
- Effectively brief and manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive fundraising and participation in campaigns
- Work together with the Fundraising team to establish appropriate processes and communications to nurture current and potential donor
- Set annual campaign budgets and track and manage revenue and expenditure budgets to reach and exceed fundraising targets.
- Undertake post-campaign analysis to inform the strategic planning of the fundraising portfolio.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing fundraising campaign plans
- A solid understanding of regular giving programs and community fundraising
- Strong understanding of digital fundraising tactics
- Experience in data driven marketing skills
- Experience of working to a budget
- Proven experience in managing agency relationships
- High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed planning, implementation and reporting and tracking skills
- A valid Working with Children Check.
