Grounds and Maintenance Caretaker

**Casual Grounds and Maintenance Caretaker | Educational Facility - Eastern Suburbs**

**The Role**
- Trippas White Group is seeking energetic & dynamic, hands-on Casual Grounds and Maintenance Caretaker to join our team at an Educational Facility in the Eastern Suburbs._

Reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager, you will be allocated works in the areas of service, repair, grounds, and maintenance activities in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures, and completion of all necessary documentation for administration. The hours of work will be approximately 10 to 12 hours per week with additional hours as required.

**Qualification required**:

- Experience in working in building maintenance and grounds works.
- Vehicle and valid Open Class Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Clearance (TWG can assist with registering in process of needing to apply)

**Experience required**:

- The position requires experience in the fields of building maintenance, garden and/or turf work.
- Ability to meet targets to prescribed deadlines and prioritise work programs.
