**The role**

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will work alongside a Senior Conveyancing paralegal. Duties include first and final letters, contract perusal, dealing with clients, brokers, solicitors, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements and general file management duties. You will also work alongside another paralegal. You will do 25-30 settlements a month.

**Your experience**

You will have minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

Dynamic law firm of 37 staff with top tier quality work and systems, plus a supportive team. Corporate riverfront offices. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience ($70,000 to $80,000 plus Superannuation).
