Campaign Coordinator

**About Us**:
Racing Victoria (RV) is one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations, and the independent governing body of thoroughbred racing in Victoria. We develop, promote and manage the conduct of the racing of thoroughbred horses in Victoria to safeguard its integrity.

We are looking for a creative Campaign Coordinator to join the team, reporting into the Marketing Manager.

**About the Opportunity**:
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a qualified and experienced Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for co-ordinating the brand and campaign activity which aims to increase awareness and engagement in the Victorian thoroughbred racing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a pivotal role in the delivery of brand and campaign initiatives to drive long-term engagement and primacy of the sport.
- Assist with the design, production, and distribution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Victorian Spring Racing Carnival, The All-Star Mile, The Festival of Racing and other Victorian thoroughbred racing brand campaigns as required
- Assist with all content opportunities and contractual media integration requirements with key media partners
- Liaise with Senior Campaign Coordinator to review and co-ordinate creative and media service requirements for all marketing campaigns
- Provide marketing and production support to key launch events
- Monitor and respond to campaign inboxes and social media accounts
- Co-ordinate merchandising enquiries and orders for campaign assets
- Analyse campaign performance and provide support and assistance with campaign post implementation reviews

**About you**:
You will thrive in a creative, fast paced and hands-on team environment. Some of the skills and experience you will have include:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting and assisting with the design, production, and distribution of fully integrated marketing campaigns
- Minimum 3 years of experience working across Australian media channels including but not limited to television, digital, print and radio
- Experience designing and building cross-channel content strategies
- Experience co-ordinating and liaising with external suppliers, contractors, agencies, and designers on all marketing collateral
- marketing degree or post graduate qualification
