Position: Student Counselor

Location: Melbourne City, Australia

**Salary**: upto $65K per annum (based on experience)

Counselor Experience in Education Sector is must

**Job Responsibilities of Student Counsellor**
- Counsel the student in terms of future qualification decision.
- Help student arrange the documents systematically
- Immigration software Interface data entry.
- Telephone and Electronic communication with clients.
- Obtaining and managing client documents.
- Visa Monitoring on Immi account.
- Maintaining Client Database on Officio (Inhouse Immigration software)
- Meeting and interviewing all Prospective and existing clients.
- Legal Research on Immigration policies.
- Drafting letter and communication with the Department of Immigration.
- Training and mentoring new Migration staff.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
