What we do
Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to support the emotional wellbeing of
expectant and new parents, to ensure they receive timely, appropriate and specialist care. GFA provides a range of
specialist treatment programs. These include individual psychological consultations via face to face or telehealth,
group treatment and early intervention screening.

Your opportunity
A new and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced database superstar to join our growing team Created to
maintain Gidget Foundation Australia’s database (Salesforce NPSP) including accurate maintenance of data, efficient
and timely data entry and donation processing, providing ongoing administrative support, and reporting on key
campaigns.
- The day to day- Implement data management principles to collect, manage and store data whilst maintaining data integrity and
- accuracy.- Handle all administrative functions including licenses, user account maintenance, roles, permissions, layouts,
- workflows, approval processes and other routine tasks.- Ensure the processing/handling of donor information is in accordance with best practice and organisational
- standards for quality, security, and confidentiality.- Work closely with the Marketing and Fundraising teams to provide reports and analysis that guides decision
- making and strategy.- Coordinate and monitor the Pardot/Salesforce integration to ensure that lists, segmentations and donor journeys

Should I apply?
To succeed in this role, you will be a data guru, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong
attention to detail. You will have the ability to troubleshoot and multitask, with a continuous improvement mindset
and ability to handle challenges as they arise.
- Minimum 2 years Salesforce administration/coordination experience and advanced Excel skills.

Utility.
- Experience coordinating and maintaining donor data.
- Capacity to communicate with and coordinate efficiently across multiple teams and projects.
- Experience coordinating the Pardot platform.
