**Job description**
Office Assistant required for busy HVAC company in North Melbourne.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your daily tasks will involve assisting with:
- Scheduling tradesmen
- Assisting with client enquiring
- Confirming client bookings
- Ordering & receiving stock
- Following up outstanding payments
- Writing job reports.
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Computer literate
- Well presented
- Excellent phone manner
- Reliable and timely
- Works well unsupervised
- Experience in customer service or administration preferred
Expected working hours:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4.00pm in North Melbourne
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
