This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, stand-alone care organisation and work alongside a well respected Facility Manager. We are looking for a CCM who is a strong leader and prides themselves on their leadership skills. You will work in a 100 bed home that has recently passed their accreditation with no issues, has maintained a 90%+ occupancy, and has a strong internal clinical team.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will need to have a collaborative approach to work closely with the Facility manager to ensure optimum standards of care are delivered. Together, you will lead and execute best practice clinical care processes and procedures to minimise risk and maximise resident independence and wellbeing.

**To be successful** in this role, you must have:

- Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration,
- 3 years of previous Care Management experience.
- In depth knowledge of the Aged Care Industry and the Aged Care standards,
- Strong leadership skills using the situational leadership model
