**About the Role**:
Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support the Digital Technologies Branch. You will be a critical role in maturing DTB’s Service Delivery Model and Agile Ways of working. Being a high-level role, you will liaise between the Digital Technologies branch and other areas to achieve the long-term desired goal of successfully implementing IT strategic initiatives.

**Duties will include**:

- Mature our Agile Way of Working, building and running Agile program and project teams.
- Conduct analysis of third-party and internal process to inform the development of strategies for improved service delivery.
- Drive vendor engagement and take responsibility for vendor management.

**Demonstrated skills and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years implementing and running agile programs and projects.
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience aligning organisations and team to the DTA’s Digital Service Standards
- Experience in conducting records management and system quality assurance activities to maintain a robust and compliant information management environment.
