As the Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer at Beaumont Tiles Hobart, it will be your role to liaise with our customers, suppliers, and staff across all facets of the Store and provide timely and accurate service to the Store.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be required to process invoices, reconciliations, general ledger management, and provide administrative support to the Store operations.

**THE SKILLSET...**
- Accounts and admin experience in a similar industry/role
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics software would be advantageous (other software packages such as MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded).
- Demonstrated debtors and creditors management
- Experience following up outstanding invoices and obtaining payments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Using initiative and setting priorities to meet deadlines
- The ability to work well within and support a small team with your great organisation and administrative skills
