Linehaul Administrator

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Linehaul Team at our Rocklea Depot in Brisbane. The successful administrator will be a pivotal part of ensuring our Linehaul division maintains administration support and compliance requirements are met.

**Duties**
- Data entry of consignments and trips
- Process Linehaul drivers return paperwork
- Date entry of timesheets
- Perform data entry for driver fatigue management records
- Support Linehaul Coordinators with administrative tasks
- Assist with weekly Linehaul reporting tasks

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ Years Transport Administration experience
- Accurate data entry / typing skills
- Good understanding of Heavy Vehicle Industry
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- High attention to detail
