**Hours of Work**:
- The position will be 3 days per week
- Tuesday or Wednesday/ Friday/ Sunday
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct Special Religious Education (SRE) at a local public school on either a Tuesday or Wednesday
- Establish and conduct a Friday afternoon Kids Club
- Plan and conduct a Friday night Youth group for teens
- Planning and conducting our kids and youth church on Sunday mornings (monthly)
- Attend Sunday morning church services
- Other youth related duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children’s and Youth Ministry.
- SRE accredited (having completed Youthworks SRE modules 1-5) or willingness to obtain.
- Current Safe Ministry
- Current first aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience (desirable)
**Personal Attributes**
- A mission minded follower of Jesus with reformed evangelical convictions
- Diligent and effective communicator
- Ability to relate particularly to kids and youth.
- Implementation skills
