- Work well both in a team and independently, always seeing tasks through to completion
- Experience or understanding of construction detail resolution
- Experience in architect designed residential construction preferred
- Experience in doors, locks, windows, metalworks and finishing trades
- Good knowledge of basic plumbing, mechanical and electrical services
- Understanding of construction sequences
- Ability to think through issues and resolve problems
- Ability to communicate instructions to other team members or sub-trades
- Strong track record of similar project experience and delivery

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
