Join a global market leading supply chain business with a proud history of over 70 years. We are currently seeking a full time, permanent Grain Handler who is hands on and ready to learn based at our Toowoomba Packing Plant.

Reporting to our Site Manager, your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of grain receival, storage, containerisation and out-loading of all commodities stored within CHS Broadbent's packing facility. You will be part of the process to ensure containers have been inspected and are fit for use as per Dept of Ag, Forestry and Fisheries requirements and ensuring the loaded containers are securely fastened and that all necessary steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination are taken prior to the loaded/packed container being shipped. You will also be required to maintain site records (grain hygiene, fumigation, OHS etc) and undertake regular maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Current drivers' licence
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong focus and understanding of OH&S
- Flexibility is paramount as this position requires additional hours during peak periods.
- Ability to work in team environment
- Heavy machinery operating experience is advantageous

**Remuneration**

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate plus Superannuation. Final package will take your skills and experience into account.
