**Our Opportunity**

We are hiring our new Print Designer, based in our Cremorne head office. Working closely with our buying team on the development of print artwork, you will create on trend artwork which is relevant to our customer as well as assist in driving the colour and print forecasting service for our Apparel and Accessories Buying teams.

You will love interpreting colour print and runway trends as well as delivering artwork in line with customer and market trends. Your love of fashion and design coupled with your great attitude and collaborative approach will support your success in this role and grow your print design career.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Present and communicate print and colour trends to our General Manager and Buying teams
- Identify the key print trends for our brand by understanding the customer profile
- Assist in setting print direction for the season in conjunction with our GM
- Assist in identifying key runway trends and designers that will influence the season
- Independently create innovative original prints and patterns to support seasonal and monthly concept presentations
- Support the Buyers by updating and refreshing prints and patterns
- Create CADS where required for monthly trend collections

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Graphic/ computer based art & design/têxtile design qualification
- Previous experience with other fashion retailers desirable
- Global awareness of competitive environment
- Previous design experience
- Demonstrated Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Previous experience and skills dealing directly with overseas vendors to communicate print desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability
