This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced land development professional looking for a healthy pipeline of projects and an agile, team-focussed environment.
Your role as the development manager will be to contribute to the delivery of a number of projects across SEQ and Northern NSW, working through feasibilities, design and approvals, overseeing civil and infrastructure works, new stage design and releases and any public realm. Working closely with the small, cohesive team, coordinating contractors and consultants, appropriate reporting and key stakeholder management are all important aspects of the role.
To be suitable for this role, you will have several years’ experience in a DM capacity working on larger residential land developments. Whether your background is civil engineering, valuations, planning, land economics etc the real key to your success will be your proven track record, technical knowledge, accountability, proactive nature, interpersonal skills, and sound financial acumen.
