**The opportunity**

The role of Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising the operations and performance of Culture Kings stores within their designated location. This role involves providing strategic direction, leadership and support to the Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience and drive overall profitability. The Regional Manager collaborates with various departments within the business to ensure consistency of brand standards, adherence to company policies and the execution of Culture Kings business strategies. The Regional Manager is responsible for empowering the store team to create magic moments for the Culture Kings customer and deliver exceptional experiences across all stores.

This position is a 12-month fixed term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong and effective leadership to a team of Store Managers and Retail staff across their region. Set performance expectations, motivate the team, and foster a positive work environment.
- Work alongside the National Retail Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets for the region. Monitor sales performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies and procedures across all retail locations. Monitor inventory levels, visual merchandising standards, and overall store appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and service excellence across all stores. Encourage the team to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Implement strategies to create magic moments for customers and exceed expectations.
- Facilitate training and development programs for Store Managers and retail teams to enhance product knowledge, sales skills and overall performance. Create strong development plans to ensure excellent internal mobility into leadership positions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the Store leadership team and provide constructive feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure all retail locations comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Work with the HR team to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with wider departments and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives, optimize product assortment and address staffing needs effectively.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new store openings within the region, ensuring smooth launch and effective operations of new stores and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges within the region and implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee financial performance within the region, including budget management, expense control and cost optimization to achieve maximum profitability.
- Optimise and oversee inventory levels in all Culture Kings stores within the region. Collaborate with HQ departments to ensure timely replenishment and planning of inventory.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in multi-site retail management, preferably Regional Manager or similar position.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and customer service best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Financial literacy and experience in budget management
