Canteen Manager

JFT Japan Foods Trading Pty. Ltd. is one of the oldest and largest Japanese food importers and distributors in Victoria, located in Rowville.

We're looking for a Canteen Manager to join our team at our New warehouse. If you have a passion, able to speak Japanese and are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment, we encourage you to apply

**About the role**
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Providing excellent customer service
- Creating and managing employee schedules (rostering)
- Full time position Monday to Friday **If you wish, you can start soon on a part-time**:

- Shift hours between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM

**Specific skills needed**
- At least 4 years of experience in managing a food outlet
- Proficiency in stock ordering
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in employee rostering
- Coffee making skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of the Japanese language is a plus
- Intermediate to upper-level English and Japanese language proficiency
- Full working rights in Australia - Valid Australian PR Status (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or visa with unlimited working rights)
- Able to work longer than a year
