Workforce Insights Group, Workforce Research and Analysis

**About the Workforce Research and Analysis Team**

The Workforce Research and Analysis team is part of the Workforce Insights Group. We take the lead on collecting and drawing insights from APS workforce data to inform and shape workforce capability, practices and policies. The workforce data we collect and report on includes employee perception data collected through surveys such as the annual APS Employee Census and human resources data such as that maintained in the APS Employment Database.

We communicate our data and insights through a variety of means, each engaging and appropriate for the intended audience. We assist in the preparation of the annual State of the Service Report and prepare a variety of other products to inform the broader Commission and senior leaders across the APS.

Our team manages the APS Employee Census and other APS-wide surveys. We support agencies and the APS as a whole to get the most out of the Employee Census and the other data we collect and hold.
