More specifically though..

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a fun, safe, inclusive culture with our community;
- Running F45 Training sessions to our high standard, and putting your mark on the studio;
- Actively engage all members to provide form correction, regression and motivation to ensure they are all getting a fantastic workout and feeling supported;
- Completion of member pre-exercise screening/evaluation, studio setup and various administration duties as required to maintain a very high level of customer service;
- Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and tidiness are maintained.

**What must you have to consider applying?**

- You must be fit and healthy, duh;
- Be a great, outgoing communicator;
- Be self-motivated and reliable;
- Be outcome orientated, not task orientated;
- Have a willingness and ability to work flexible hours;
- A passion for F45 Training (have we said that already? ).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in fitness;
- Current first aid and CPR certification;
- 1+ years practical experience in personal training or group fitness;
- Blue card registered

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
