As a highly regarded leader in their field located in Melbourne's Northern suburbs, this well-established organisation is seeking a highly experienced, warm and friendly Corporate Receptionist to welcome all incoming visitors into their stunning head office, on a full-time permanent basis.

The primary purpose of a corporate receptionist is to provide a high-standard and professional support to the Executive Directors, CEO, Finance & Admin Team and People Team through coordinating and managing a variety of tasks ensuring highest quaility for staff, managers & customers.

**The Position**
- Politely and professionally greet all customers and suppliers in person
- Ensure callers needs are met and executed quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a consistent high level of customer care, professional presentation, and a positive supportive outlook
- Provide support as required to Directors and Division Managers in relation to customer visits, booking of travel and the setup of boardrooms and general administration
- Arrange food, beverages, and other requirements for onsite meetings
- Receive returns and ensure they are processed in efficient timeframes
- Assist in the coordination of social events, parties and team gatherings
- Manage and maintain office supplies, liaise with internal staff to ensure consumables stock levels are stable

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in a similar corporate reception or customer facing role, with the following:

- High level of personal and professional presentation to support the importance of front of house
- Previous experience in a corporate head office or professional customer facing role
- Excellent communication both verbal and written with a warm and friendly manner that enables you to engage with people quickly
- Ability to priorates work items and organise your time effectively
- A commitment to continuous improvement and adding value
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hours of Operation are from 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through to Friday with 1 hour lunch break.
