**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team for a Parental Leave Contract until December 2024.

This role provide support and advice on complex IR matters across our growing business. Ideally you will be an experienced professional who thrives on working in a dynamic environment who has a reputation for achieving positive people-related results.

**Essential criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations or Employment Law
- Experience in representing employers at various commissions and tribunals
- In-depth knowledge of employment and workplace laws, including modern awards;
- Extensive experience in the delivery of practical and commercial day to day ER/HR advice;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Effective influencing, negotiation, consultation, problem solving and communication skills, with proven ability to work with employees at all levels.

This is a full-time contract until 20 December 2024.

**Qualifications**:

- HR Generalist experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Employment Law
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent stakeholder support
