Medical Receptionist

Specialist Solo O and G t is seeking a new staff member in their Wesley rooms. This position is part-time 5 days per week Monday to Friday 12.30pm - 5pm.
This is an opportunity for a friendly receptionist with Specialist experience considered. Previous Medical Receptionist experience highly regarded. The practice will set up with an intuitive cloud based billing system that is easy to learn.
**Skills required**:
- The role will involve answering phone calls, making appointments, organising theatre cases, booking anaesthetists and other team members for caesarean bookings, ordering stock for the surgery and checking stock each day, sterilising surgical instruments, have good computer skills and a knowledge of Medicare item numbers and health funds.
**Attributes sought**:
- Able to work autonomously from 2.30-5.00pm.
- Empathy for patients
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
**Remuneration: $ 30 per hour+ casual plus Superannuation.
