**About Goodstart Middle Ridge**:
Join our diverse, multicultural team in a newly refurbished centre, where our Educators speak languages including English, Malaysian, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tagalog, Sinhala, Dinka, Cambodian and Dutch. We take pride in our longstanding positive reputation within the local community and offer lovely large, natural play spaces and well resourced learning environments. Our philosophy embraces diversity and inclusion, emphasizing care that surpasses the National Quality Standards. We encourage all Educators to develop unique programming methods that suit their individual styles and the needs of the children in their care. Our weekly extracurricular activities include Maggie Moo incursions, where children engage in lessons on music and dance, and Auslan sign language.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
