Junior Kitchen Hand

We are one of the largest and best known play centres in Melbourne's south east, conveniently located near public transport and major thoroughfares. Due to tremendous growth we are seeking to add several enthusiastic and responsible individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising children in play areas
- Assisting with party management
- Assisting with counter food and drink sales
- Assist with food preparation such as slicing bread, frying, and assembling sandwiches
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, sweeping floors, and wiping down surfaces
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction.

**Job Types**: Casual, Graduate

Pay: $21.38 - $37.14 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
