**Essential criteria**:

- Completed a Cert 3/Diploma in Early Childcare
- At least 6 months experience working in the industry
- Working with children check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in Australia

**You must also have the following**:

- Be able to work as part of a team, we are a collaborative team with positive communication amongst educators
- Be punctual, flexible and reliable
- Caring and a calm nature
- Commitment to a career in the early learning years industry
- Computer/Ipad literate or willing to learn
- Be able to interact positively with other educators, children and family members
- Adhere and implement service policies and procedures
- Help fulfil daily routines and task requirements such as a daily Kinderloop post, daily charts
- Support to develop and implement a strong play/inquiry based program for toddlers based on the EYLF and Reggio Emilia Approach
- Confident in writing learning stories and other observations to put in children's portfolios

The successful applicant will be required to work at least 3 full days ranging from 8 - 9.5 hours per day (flexible), within the guidelines of the national employment standards. Days and hours are usually fixed, but flexible if needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 35 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
