**About you**:
As a Childcare Room Leader you will be working with the wider team to ensure children at Nino ELA Bundoora are inspired to learn in a positive safe environment.
- Responsible for the guidance/support/direction/ and supervision of staff, students and volunteers working within the Childcare service.
- To promote positive parent, centre and staff relationships.
- Develop the Children’s Program (reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines). Write up the program, co-operating with the Children’s needs.
- Maintain compliance with the OH&S Policy, ensure a safe environment is maintained for Children and staff.

**Key Requirements**:

- Flexible working hours available to suit you
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Room leader in a childcare setting
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, Current Working with Children's Check

Architecturally designed with little ninos in mind. We’ve created a unique place that features large sun-drenched rooms and spacious outdoor areas, including hand crafted cubby houses, forts, a soccer pitch and giant sandpits
