Our client, a market leader in supplying food processing machinery, equipment, and ingredients to businesses across Australia, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and customers upon arrival and direct them appropriately
- Provide administrative and accounting support, with a focus on accounts receivable and payable
- Enter invoices into the accounting system for payment
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure timely payment
- File accounts payable documentation
- Follow up on overdue accounts and report on debtor ageing monthly
- Manage mail, deliveries, and stationery supplies
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and client refreshments as needed
