Who are we partnering with?

Our client based in Albion, specialises in the production, manufacturing, and marketing of various window covering products. Customer satisfaction is the core focus of their business.

**The role**:
Gaining a full understanding of the company's complete range of products and services to provide accurate information to customers during the order process;
Working with the sales team to ensure that all orders are checked and accurately interpreted & presented to the factory correctly;
Identifying solutions to further automate functions and processes deemed mundane in the order processing structure;
Maintaining a positive and supportive approach to the needs and requirements of our customers;
Working with logistics companies to organise delivery for products as required;
Supporting customers with any transport or delivery issues;
Maintaining notes of all communications with all customers in our CRM;
Processing & completing warranty claims and other customer satisfaction related processes and claims;
Processing and sending product samples to customers as a daily activity;
Supporting customers with warranty claims; and

Assisting with open & close of the business if required.

**What we are looking for**:
A strong blend of customer service coupled with an accurate eye for detail are essential skills required for this role;
Experience in a manufacturing / building / sales environment;
Demonstrated experience using ERP / CRM systems;
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm; and

High level of written and verbal communication skills.
