Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
**Merchandiser**

This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for full autonomy and flexibility to work around their busy schedules or aspiring individuals ready to kickstart their sales/marketing careers within a global leading FMCG company

This position reports into the State Field Manager and is based in Blacktown, NSW. This is a casual position with typically 16 to 20 hours per week.

**What You Will Do**

The Merchandiser is responsible for:

- Increasing sales at store level via merchandising displays and shelf management
- Achievement of targets within Grocery, Pharmacy and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory
- Ensuring Kenvue products are displayed correctly whilst driving in-store compliance initiatives
- Execute display strategies at a store level, in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers
- Working collaboratively with TSMs to assemble promotional point of sale displays and planograms to ensure Kenvue brands are merchandised effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and be a strong advocate for Kenvue, showcasing our values with great pride, passion, and positivity within stores
- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with relevant in store personnel

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong customer service & team focus, is solution focused and able to think quickly
- Has excellent organisation skills and ability to work autonomously
- Owns a reliable car and holds a valid and current Australian driver’s license
- Lives locally within the Blacktown area
- Any previous sales/merchandising experience within a FMCG company is desirable but not required
