**About Your Role: Systems Engineering Manager**

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineering Manager to spearhead technical leadership and direction, ensuring the creation, development, and maintenance of robust and cost-effective solutions that precisely align with our clients' requirements. This rare opportunity will have a blend of innovation, technical expertise, and human connection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead engineering team across projects, bids, and R&D.
- Coordinate integrated product teams for successful program implementation.
- Provide specialist technical advice and engineering leadership.
- Drive technical aspect of documents.
- Offer valuable insights to Project Management.
- Manage designated projects.
- Engage in departmental and project meetings.
- Lead key engineering assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering Degree (MIEAust eligible) in relevant field.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Engineering experience in the design and implementation Defence and / or Commercial communication networks or similar complex electronic systems.
- Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Experience with authoring/reviewing technical documentation.
- Extensive experience in management of engineering design / technical maintenance.
- Demonstrated, well-developed team leadership abilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
- A high level of analytical and / or problem-solving skills.
