**The opportunity**:
**2 Permanent full-time Hospital Technician positions** (38 hours per week) at our Slade Pharmacy onsite at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Fitzroy or East Melbourne. Shifts are regular day shifts from **Monday to Friday**, leaving your weekends free to focus on the other important things in your life. **Key responsibilities**:

- Dispense medication for hospital patients
- Assist in the financial management of our oncology service offering, including owing script management & brand compliance
- Assist with administration tasks associated with clinical trials
- Serve customers and discharge patients and assist them with any queries and OTC medication needs
- Order, scan and deliver Imprest medication around the various wards across the hospital
- Order and maintain medications required for the dispensary
- Prepare for and conduct the pharmacy stocktakes
- Assist with receipting invoices

**_Eligibility Requirements:_**
- Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian pharmacy valued but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
