The role involves fulfilling online orders, diagnose& test devices, packing devices/ parcels, and addressing any customer enquiries.

Role: Part-Time/ Full Time

Location: On-site, ManMade Cycle HQ, Docklands, Melbourne

What We're Looking For:

- Someone who is deeply passionate about creating a sustainable future and who actively seeks out solutions beneficial to our team and our partners.
- A willingness to familiarise yourself with our software tools. Training will be provided.
- A genuine interest in refurbished electronic devices, coupled with a drive to stay updated on industry trends.
- Effective communication skills, with a talent for clear articulation of findings and recommendations.
- Someone fluent in speaking and writing English, with 1 year of work experience (not necessarily in IT).
- Someone who is familiar with iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows systems and knows how to navigate through them.
- **An attention to detail, ensuring that devices received and dispatched meet our quality standards.**
