Principal Technical Specialist

As the Principal Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud solutions to internal Application teams, based on customer requirements.Some of your responsibilities will include: - Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify and resolve technical issues with a focus on implementing desired business outcomes in a complex technological environment with competing priorities. Design and implement cloud-based solutions built on Architectural best practices and well architected frameworks utilising DevOps tools and methodologies while assisting with the migration of existing on-premises systems and applications to Public Cloud. Interpret business requirements and translating those into functional, technical and non-functional specifications, as necessary. Influence and provide expert technical advice and leadership to technical operational, project teams and key decision makers relating to Cloud systems and solutions. Manage day-to-day Cloud operations through effective alerting and monitoring, triage, and timely remediation and ensure all Cloud systems maintain strong security compliance and availability.
