The Role: Excellent opportunity to work as part of Deakin’s International Digital Marketing team. As a digital marketing specialist who is passionate and can develop, implement and optimise digital media to attract prospective international students to Deakin University. This role is responsible for media planning, buying, optimisation, and reporting of Paid Search acvity for international student recruitment.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Experience with Google Ads and an advanced knowledge of paid search
- Experience working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency is preferred.
- Working knowledge of digital media tools across the customer lifecycle, and platforms and digital media buying strategy and principles.
- Developing paid search digital media campaigns to support the international digital marketing strategy, ensuring that there is efficiency, value and rigour in the planning and optimisation.
- Develop plans, buy media, oversee daily and monthly budget spend for internally managed paid search campaigns.
- Collaborate with the International Digital Marketing team to optimise the customer experience including website experience for site visitors acquired via digital media.
- Engage with internal stakeholders such as domestic search team and Faculties to discuss media buying recommendations, buy media and report on campaign performance.
