**About the Role**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist with customer service driveway vehicle check-in processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
- Maintain a well-organised and inviting reception area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination of services and a unified customer experience.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and open communication to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain customer courtesy fleet vehicles ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and fueled ready for use.
- Stay informed about company services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Current Australian Drivers licence
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold professional conduct at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly regarded.
